We actually got to the bus stop in enough time to take a photo. That's a good sign for a Tuesday morning. :)

43 and raining

The sun went away again.... the rain is back.  Cate got off the bus in a really good mood.  I love it when she has had a good day at school.

In spite of the rain, this winter has been pretty mild.  The daffodils are starting to sprout out of the ground already!

On the days that I drop kids off, or pick kids up at the bus stop I take a photo.   I have a whole collection of them. Lately the moss on the small stone rock wall (at the bus stop) has been looking quite tall.

 Friday mornings are always cold and foggy.  Not North Pole, freeze your bum off cold.  It is more like I am a wimp - and live in Oregon cold.  How is it anything colder than 40 feels so chilly?

 I wait by the mailbox for Cate on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Kindergarten is half days, so she gets to ride home solo with out the boys. It is frequently raining.  This is my view under the umbrella.

Jason does bus stop duty too. He is my sanity.  And he is the reason I make it to work on time Monday and Tuesday mornings!

Almost all the photos were taken with my phone, and I haven't decided yet what to do with them all. I will probably print them all up at the end of the year, and file them away for another day.
